Veterinarians
Dr. Jasmine Duff
Dr. Duff graduated from the University of Guelph in 2014, and spent her first years practicing at a busy equine and small animal practice. She is originally from Ontario but has lived and worked in Alberta, on and off, for the past 10 years. Her main interest lies in equine work but she is more than happy to treat any and all animals. When she is not practicing vet medicine she spends her time riding her horses and hanging out with her little munchkin's Mackenzie and Everett.
Dr. Julie Reimer
Dr. Julie Reimer joined our practice in June 2017. Julie grew up in Calgary and went to school at UCVM, did her undergrad at the U of A at the Agriculture Faculty. Julie's parents own land near Leedale, and in 2012 Julie volunteered at the clinic for that entire summer. Julie, her husband Curtis and their cat Fitz moved to Rimbey in June of 2017. In her spare time Julie likes to go camping, swimming and in the winter curling. She also enjoys crocheting. Julie is both a large and small animal vet although she prefers to do large animals, specifically cattle.
Dr. Stacey White
Dr. Stacey graduated from WCVM in Saskatoon in 1997. Before ending up here in 2012, he worked in Stettler, Edmonton and Toronto. Dr. Stacey looks after the dogs and cats at Bluffton Veterinary Services and spends a significant amount of each day doing surgeries and dental work. The favourite part of his job is working with a talented team to support clients in making the best decisions possible for their pets, stock or guardian dogs, or breeding animals. Dr. Stacey loves food, traveling and raising sheep on the family farm.
Dr. Andrea Falt
Andrea grew up on a cattle ranch near Kamloops, BC. After graduating in 1994 from WCVM in Saskatoon, she worked as a mixed animal vet in Rimbey for several years. Since coming to Bluffton Veterinary Services in 2007 she has done mostly small animal care. She farms with her husband, Cameron, and family. In her spare time, she likes to ski and play hockey.
Dr. Justine Maybee
Dr. Justine Maybee grew up in Calgary and completed her undergrad degree at the U of C in Zoology before continuing to vet school and graduating from UCVM in 2020. She moved to Rimbey and started working at the practice in 2020. Justine enjoys working with critters of all sizes but has a soft spot for cows and cats. In her spare time Justine likes to cook and spend time outdoors with her husband Caleb, their 2 young boys and 3 cats.
Dr. Tara Vielfaure
Dr. Tara Vielfaure joined the team at Bluffton Vet in June 2021. She moved here all the way from a mixed animal practice in rural Manitoba. She now lives in Rimbey with her husband and cat, Mr. Whiskers. Dr. Tara worked in the swine industry for a number of years before deciding to go to vet school. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She is excited to be in Alberta to see all of our cows!

Dr. Sarah Kulle
Dr. Sarah was born and raised in Calgary, AB. After completing her Bachelor's of Science in Zoology at the University of Calgary in 2020, she was accepted to the UCVM Class of 2024. Sarah spent her first year of veterinary practice in High River, and is now excited to put roots down in the Pigeon Lake area with her fiance, Hunter. Sarah likes to embrace the variety of mixed animal practice, although her favourite cases are the ones that involve babies - especially calves! In her spare time Sarah enjoys playing with her dog, hiking, backcountry camping, and travelling.

Dr. Jessica Dixon
Dr. Jessica Dixon grew up in Parkland County, Alberta and now lives on a small farm near Sunnybrook with her significant other, Jace. She completed her education at the University of Calgary, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in the spring of 2024. Following graduation, she completed a one year internship at an equine referral hospital in Austin, Texas. During that year, she honed her skills in equine emergencies, dentistry, general practice, and sports medicine. Jessica spent her youth riding and showing western performance horses and continues to ride out in the mountains or wherever there is a relaxing trail. Jessica is passionate about all aspects of veterinary care, especially equine sports medicine and dentistry. She is looking forward to being back in Bluffton helping clients and all animals, big and small, in her community.
