About the Business
Bluffton Veterinary Services was started by Dr. Patrick Burrage back in 2002, providing service for large animals only. It was later renovated in 2004 to service companion animals. Over the past 15 years Dr. Pat grew his practice to consist of 5 veterinarians, 3 registered veterinary technicians, and 2 office staff, Recently, Dr. Pat announced his "semi" retirement and passed the torch onto one of our younger veterinarians Dr. Jasmine Duff.
On January 1st, 2018 Dr. Jasmine and her significant other, Brady Yavis, became the new owners of the practice. Dr. Jasmine graduated from the University of Guelph in 2014. Her main interest is equine work but she is happy to treat any and all animals. Dr. Jasmine now dedicates a lot of her time to running the practice while still working as a veterinarian. Her significant other Brady also dedicates much of his time to the business. Brady grew up on a ranch, running cows and breeding morgan horses. He has lived in Winfield for the last 12 years and currently manages a large cow calf operation.
Currently Jasmine and Brady manage 5 veterinarians, 3 registered veterinary technicians and 2 office staff. They look forward to the years to come.
